Terms of Service
When3Meet Terms of Service
By using When3Meet, you agree to these terms. They're straightforward — just use the service honestly and don't abuse it.
What When3Meet is
When3Meet is a scheduling tool for creating availability polls, sharing event links, and coordinating meeting times. Some features (like commenting and calendar sync) require an account; the core availability flow doesn't.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Please provide accurate information — a real name and a working email address.
Your content
You own what you submit — event names, availability, comments, and anything else you post. By submitting it, you give When3Meet permission to store and display it as needed to run the service.
You're responsible for the content you post. Don't include other people's private information without their permission, and don't use the app to coordinate anything harmful.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the service for anything illegal or harmful;
- post content that's abusive, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights;
- try to bypass access controls or scrape data in ways the app doesn't support;
- impersonate other people or use someone else's Google account without permission.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you do, you're authorizing When3Meet to read your calendar data to show busy times in the scheduling grid. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.
Service availability
When3Meet is a student-built project. Features may change, break, or disappear. We'll try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise uptime or that any particular feature will always be available.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We don't make guarantees about reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the creators of When3Meet are not liable for any damages — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
